⦁ האתר ידאג לאספקת הזמנה שבוצעה באתר לכתובת הלקוח כפי שהוזנה על ידו בעת ביצוע הרכישה באתר ו/או לכל מקום אחר עליו יסכימו הצדדים בעת ביצוע הזמנה באתר.
⦁ הזמנות מחוץ לגבולות ישראל (בינלאומיים) יטופלו ויסופקו בין עד 21 ימי עסקים באמצעות דואר ישראל.
⦁ הזמנות בתחומי מדינת ישראל יטופלו ויסופקו בלוחות הזמנים הבאים:
 עד 5 ימי עסקים באמצעות שליח עד הבית בעלות של 35 ש״ח עבור  דמי משלוח בארץ ⦁ או ללא עלות דמי משלוח בהזמנה של למעלה מ-500 ש"ח;
⦁ ״יום עסקים״ – ימי ראשון עד חמישי, להוציא ימי שבתון של כלל המשק, ערבי חג וימים בהם הבנקים בישראל לא עובדים.
⦁ עלות המשלוח עשויה להתעדכן מעת לעת בהתאם לאמור בעת ביצוע ההזמנה באתר.
⦁ אין סכום מינימום להזמנה באתר.
⦁ במקרה שבו תכשיט שהוזמן באתר אינו זמין במלאי, האתר יעדכן את המזמין. במידה והמזמין לא יהיה זמין, האתר ישלח את ההזמנה ללא התכשיט החסר.
⦁ במידה והלקוח לא יהיה נוכח בביתו בעת הגעת השליח, בשעה שתואמה אתו מראש, ההזמנה תוחזר ותשלח פעם נוספת לאחר תשלום דמי משלוח נוספים על ידי הלקוח.
⦁ אספקת הזמנות תתאפשר בכפוף לתנאים הבאים:
⦁ ישנה נגישות סבירה למקום ההזמנה;
⦁ אם מדובר בארגון, מוסד, קיבוץ או ישוב שלא ניתן להגיע אליהם ללא אישור מיוחד ו/או שאין בהם רישום מוסדר של רחובות ו/או מספרי בתים, ההזמנה תימסר לנקודת החלוקה המרכזית באותו המקום.
⦁ האתר לא יהיה אחראי לכל איחור ו/או עיכוב באספקה ו/או אי-אספקה, שיגרם כתוצאה של:
⦁ כוח עליון ו/או מאירועים שאינם בשליטת האתר;
⦁ מסיבות הקשורות לחברת השליחויות ו/או לדואר ישראל;
⦁ תקופות חגים ו/או בתקופות הקודמות לחגים, לרבות בחודשים נובמבר- דצמבר בהם מתקיימים חגי האינטרנט;
⦁ סגירת המשק כך שפעילות האתר ו/או ספקיו ו/או נותני שירותיו יפגעו, מכל סיבה שהיא.
 

 ⦁ SHIPPING POLICY:
⦁ Orders placed on the site will ship to the address provided by the customer and/or to any other location agreed upon by the parties while placing the order.
⦁ International shipping of jewelries will be supplied and delivered within 21 business days by the Israeli Postal Company.
⦁ Orders placed within the state of Israel will be shipped and delivered within the following timeframes:
⦁ within 5 business days by courier; for the price of 35 NIS to the country, or free of charge with purchase of more than 500 NIS;
⦁ “Business day”- any day except for any Friday, any Saturday and any day which is an Israeli holiday or any day on which the Israeli banking institutions are authorized or required by law or other governmental action to close.
⦁ The shipping cost is not included in the price of each product. Shipping costs are subject to change according to the shipping policy.
⦁ There is no minimum order requirement.
⦁ In the event that a jewelry ordered on the Site is out of stock at the time the order is placed, the Site will contact the customer. If the customer cannot be reached, the Site will ship the order without the jewelry which is out of stock.
⦁ In the event that the customer is not at home at the time that the order arrives, the order will be returned to the store and reshipped once an additional shipping fee has been paid by the customer.
⦁ The order will be shipped according to the following terms:
⦁ there is reasonable access to the location which the order is being shipped;
⦁ if the order is being shipped to an organization, institution or settlement that cannot be reached without special authorization and/or does not have marked streets and/or marked house numbers, the order will be delivered to the distribution point of that same location.
⦁ The Site will not be held responsible for any delay and/or problem with the shipment of orders caused by the following terms:
⦁ force majeure and/or events that are out of the Site’s control;
⦁ for reasons related to the shipping provider and/or the Israeli Postal Company;
⦁ holidays and/or periods leading up to holidays, including the months of November and December during which shopping holidays and sales are held;
⦁ an economy close, so that the Site’s operations and/or the Site’s suppliers and/or service providers are impaired for whatever reason.
